These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Phrontrow website and the services we provide at 12 Queen Square, Bath. By using this website or booking a table, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Phrontrow is operated by Phrontrow Clubhouse Ltd (Companies House №: 15847293, VAT Registration №: GB 446 1234 56), registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 12 Queen Square, Bath BA1 2HN.

2. Age restriction — strictly 18+

Access to phrontrow.com and to our venue is restricted to persons aged 18 or over. You must be 18 or over to book a table or use any betting service referenced on this site. A valid photo ID may be requested at the door. This is a legal requirement of our venue licence and of the Gambling Act 2005 where applicable to any betting-related content.

3. Booking terms

  • Bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation email will be sent within 4 working hours of your request.
  • Standard table bookings are held for 15 minutes past the booked time; after that we reserve the right to release the table.
  • Group bookings of 8 or more guests require a 25% non-refundable deposit. This deposit is forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival.
  • Matchday Box and Private Snug bookings follow bespoke terms agreed at the time of reservation.
  • We may refuse or cancel a booking where it conflicts with licensed hours, where the party fails age verification, or in any circumstance reasonably warranting refusal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • Standard table bookings: free cancellation until 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cover charge of £15 per guest.
  • Group and event bookings: as per the deposit terms in §3.
  • Refunds for cancellation on our part (force majeure, venue closure): full refund of any deposit paid.

5. House rules

  • Smart casual dress code. Replica rugby shirts welcomed on matchday; however, replica shirts of teams playing in the live broadcast are not permitted in the main Clubhouse.
  • Strictly 18+. No children, regardless of time of day.
  • We reserve the right of admission.
  • No smoking or vaping indoors.
  • No flash photography during live broadcasts. No professional recording equipment without prior arrangement.
  • Assistance dogs welcome. Other animals not permitted.

6. Responsible gambling and Betting Partner

Phrontrow maintains a reference list of UKGC-licensed betting operators on the Licensed Betting Sites page. We do not operate, endorse, or profit from any betting service. Any external link to a betting product is clearly labelled and includes 18+ signposting.

7. Intellectual property

All content on phrontrow.com — text, images, graphics, logo, typography, design and layout — is owned by or licensed to Phrontrow Clubhouse Ltd, unless expressly stated otherwise. Copying, distribution or other public use of this content is not permitted without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this website is accurate, but make no warranties. Prices, menu, fixtures, broadcast schedules and availability may change without prior notice. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the value of the service booked, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. External links

Our website contains links to external sites including gamcare.org.uk, begambleaware.org, gamblingcommission.gov.uk, gamstop.co.uk, and third-party booking or betting-partner websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those external sites.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your home country provide otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
