Bath v Saracens
Home fixture — full matchday programme, calibrated broadcast, matchday menu.
Oak panelling, a West Country ale, the second half, the table still set.
Phrontrow holds three rooms under one Georgian roof. The main Clubhouse — oak panelling, framed shirts, match-day programmes — is where the broadcast lives. The Salon-bar is warmer and informal: cocktails, English sparkling, cask ales and cider. The Private Snug is reserved for small gatherings of 8–14. From the first whistle to the last coffee.
Our matchday is structured around the game. Early seating, a pre-match programme, live broadcast across four calibrated screens (three primary, one secondary), a half-time kitchen rush, and a post-match captain's tea when the second half is done.
Gallagher Premiership live every Saturday. Doors open from noon for the pre-match programme; kick-off at 15:00 or 17:30. The matchday menu serves in under 12 minutes, and half-time service clears for the second half.
Six Nations fixtures live across February and March — Saturday and Sunday kick-offs. A warm welcome to visiting supporters from Wales, Ireland, France and Scotland, with a themed menu rotation matched to the weekend's fixture.
Investec Champions Cup weekday evenings, November Autumn Internationals on Saturday afternoons, and summer tours when the clubhouse is open. European-supporter menu themes on Champions Cup nights.

Four 75-inch displays across the clubhouse and salon-bar. The audio is routed room-by-room so you hear the commentary without the bar hearing you. Rugby volume matters.
A short, seasonal menu with a heritage British spine — Somerset beef from Frome, cheese from Bath Soft Cheese, sourdough from Bertinet, cider from Thatchers. The matchday menu is served in twelve minutes or less.
West Country charcuterie, Bath Soft Cheese, warm Bertinet sourdough.
Quick plates served in under 12 minutes — Welsh rarebit, scotch egg, steak baguette.

Saturday afternoons at Phrontrow have become part of my routine. The screens are calibrated, the Sunday roast is properly done, the front bar never gets loud enough to drown out the second half.
I booked the Snug for a client's birthday. Everything was arranged — menu, wines, a dedicated host who knew the fixture list and politely steered us to the best seats.
I travelled up from Cardiff for the England–Wales weekend. Found the clubhouse by accident. Returned on Sunday for the roast. Both times treated like a regular.
