For the purposes of the UK GDPR, Phrontrow Clubhouse Ltd is the data controller of personal data you provide through this website or during your visit to the clubhouse.

  • Table bookings: your first and last name, email address, telephone number, date and time of booking, number of guests, room-type preference, occasion, and any dietary or access notes you choose to provide.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, optional telephone number, the subject of your enquiry, and the message you send us.
  • Newsletter sign-up (optional): your email address and name.
  • Analytics and site usage: subject to your cookie preferences, anonymised information about how you use our website (pages visited, time spent, device type, approximate location from IP address).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. This website is restricted to visitors aged 18 and over.

3. Why we process your data (legal basis)

  • Booking records: 24 months after your visit.
  • Contact form submissions: 12 months after resolution of your enquiry.
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data: anonymised and aggregated after 14 months.

After these periods data is securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the website (hosting, email delivery, reCAPTCHA by Google Ireland, Cookiebot by Usercentrics) — all under UK GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
  • Payment processors for deposit-collection on group bookings (Stripe Payments UK Ltd or equivalent, using PCI-DSS compliant flows).

We do NOT sell your personal data. We do not share booking or contact data with any third-party betting operator.

Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom (for instance, to Google Ireland for reCAPTCHA processing), we rely on UK-adequacy regulations, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other valid transfer mechanisms as approved by the ICO.
